Summary

Architectural Project Manager
IntePros is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead residential design and construction projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, including construction documents, lot-specific plans, revisions, and design initiatives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Support design development by evaluating new architectural options, styles, and construction details.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and operations teams to drive project execution and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and established workflows.
  • Maintain project documentation, data management, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development of standards, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
  • Provide project insights and recommendations that support business and operational decision-making.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent technical/vocational training.
  • 5+ years of architectural, construction, or related project management experience.
  • 2+ years of project or people management experience.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction, architectural design, and building codes.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, consultants, and remote stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Architecture or related degree.
  • Residential homebuilding experience.
  • Experience with SketchUp and BIM360.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across multiple teams.
