Job Summary Salesforce Utilities / Vlocity Architect
- Design and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise standards, with a focus on Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Define system architecture, data models, security framework, and integration patterns for Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Lead development activities, integrations, release management, and environment strategy across project lifecycles.
- Guide and mentor development teams, enforcing best practices in Apex, Lightning, Flows, and Salesforce standards.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, compliance, and security within all solutions.
- Maintain architecture documentation and support delivery teams through mentoring and governance.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and manage the full solution delivery lifecycle.
- Utilize strong experience with API integrations and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
- Leverage expertise in CI/CD pipelines and release management for Salesforce environments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Possess preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., CTA, Application/System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, Platform Developer I/II).
- Bring 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3-5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions with multiple integrations.
