We are seeking an exceptional Principal Software Architect to join a fast-growing technology company focused on transforming healthcare workforce solutions through artificial intelligence, automation, and modern software engineering practices.

This is a highly hands-on role for an experienced architect who enjoys building, coding, solving complex problems, and working directly with executive leadership to shape the future of the platform.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for leveraging AI to accelerate software development and business outcomes.

This is not a management-heavy role. We are looking for a builder, mentor, and technical leader who influences through expertise, collaboration, and execution rather than organizational authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and services.
• Contribute production-quality code on a daily basis.
• Partner closely with Product Management, QA, Engineering, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Help define and evolve platform architecture, development standards, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate and implement modern AI technologies, frameworks, and workflows.
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications, conversational AI solutions, and workflow automation systems.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical capabilities across the team.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on technology strategy and long-term platform evolution.
• Constructively challenge assumptions and engage in healthy technical debate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of software architecture and technical leadership experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
• Strong object-oriented design and computer science fundamentals.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: Compensation varies based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
United States: $110,000–$140,000 USD annually
International: Compensation will be based on local market rates and employment arrangements in the candidate''s country.
