Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
Advanced experience with Flow orchestration and Salesforce DevOps practices
Experience building and managing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Strong understanding of secure coding practices, governor limits, and scalable architecture
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Node.js
Hands-on experience with AI tools, large language models, or agent-based workflows
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Flosum or similar
Exposure to event-driven architecture and pub/sub patterns
Leadership experience mentoring or managing developers and administrators
