Job Description:

ATL26, the City of Atlanta''s broadcast channel, is seeking a IT Engineer to support the implementation of two-factor authentication (2FA) across its network in coordination with vendor Illumio. This role will assist with securing systems, ensuring proper integration, and minimizing disruption to ongoing broadcast operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support deployment and configuration of 2FA across servers, endpoints, and networked devices.
• Collaborate with Illumio and internal teams during pre-install and installation.
• Ensure compatibility of authentication measures with broadcast and AV systems
• Troubleshoot authentication, access, and system integration issues.
• Maintain system uptime and operational continuity during implementation
• Qualifications:
• Experience with server environments (Windows/Linux) and network security practices.
• Familiarity with AV/broadcast equipment and IP-based systems.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and multi-factor authentication tools.

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
