  • Iterate on design solutions based on usability testing, data insights, and partner or stakeholder feedback.
  • Provide constructive feedback and engage stakeholders to align design outcomes with product goals.
  • Communicate design strategy and approach to designers and cross-functional partners, surfacing challenges, assumptions, and open questions.
  • Propose and leverage relevant metrics and data to evaluate product impact and user outcomes.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the broader product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape through collaboration with team members.
  • Plan and prioritize design work across multiple initiatives and clearly communicate priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is clearly understood and implemented accurately.
  • Produce and manage design specifications, documentation, and assets required for development.
  • Use user insights, business needs, and industry trends to inform design solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Anticipate or analyze user needs and define problems that may have multiple strategic, product, or technical solutions.
