Job title: UX product Designer

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Experience and focus:

7-10 years of UX/Product Design experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically designing for complex B2B Enterprise Web SaaS applications

* atleast 2-3 years experience designing mobile centric products (mobile app)

A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design solutions for complex, data-heavy, browser-based workflows (dashboards, configuration Uls, etc.).

* Proven track record of shipping successful web products from concept to launch in an Agile/Scrum environment

Pace & Prioritization:

*Exceptional Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to balance speed with quality by making pragmatic design decisions that support near-term delivery while reducing downstream rework

* Ability to manage multiple concurrent design streams across teams while maintaining consistency and alignment across the product experience

* Proven agility in managing quick design turnarounds and efficiently moving solutions from concept to production handoff

Comfort operating in environments where requirements evolve, using design to create clarity rather than waiting for perfect inputs

Technical skillset:

* Expert proficiency in Figma (including advanced features like Auto Layout, Variables/Tokens, and Libraries)

Solid understanding of Responsive Web Design principles to ensure cross-browser and varied screen-size fidelity.

* Strong familiarity with WCAG 21 AA accessibility standards and best practices for web design.

* Technical Fluency: General knowledge of front-end technology (HIML, CSS, moder JavaScript frameworks like React) sufficient to articulate design decisions and constraints to engineers....

Ability to translate design intent into reusable patterns and components that can be implemented consistently by multiple teams.

Technical Craft:

Complex Information Architecture (IA): Mastery in organizing vast amounts of data and complex navigation structures within a single web application.

* Data Visualization: Proficiency in designing actionable charts, graphs, and analytics dashboards specifically for a web browser interface.

* Design Systems: Experience contributing to, maintaining, and scaling a centralized Design System tailored for a large-scale web platform.

Rapid UX Prototyping: Expert ability to create high-fidelity, interactive web-based prototypes quickly (e.g-using Figma).

Remote Collaboration: Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team, maintaining high-velocity output without in-person supervision.

*Exceptional Written Communication: Mastery in asynchronous communication (e.g., detailed documentation, annotated walk-throughs) to explain rationale to remote engineers and PMs.

* Developer Handoff: Experience creating Experience creating clear, durable design specifications that can be implemented by multiple teams with minimal ambiguity, and collaborating with engineers to ensure integration quality.
