Job Title: Java Developer Agentic AI

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with experience in Agentic AI systems to build next-generation intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong backend engineering expertise with hands-on experience in AI-driven automation, autonomous agents, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Java-based backend systems
Build and integrate Agentic AI workflows (autonomous decision-making systems)
Develop microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
Integrate AI/LLM services (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) into enterprise applications
Build intelligent automation pipelines and task orchestration systems
Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams
Optimize performance for high-scale, real-time systems
Ensure code quality, security, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI / Autonomous AI systems
Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs
Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar
Experience in building RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Understanding of event-driven architecture and async processing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in FinTech / Payments domain
Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
