Summary

Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to support a high-visibility enterprise initiative in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a senior leader who can drive complex ERP-related workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with limited oversight. The role requires strong S/4 ERP project experience, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to keep technical and business priorities aligned throughout the engagement.

Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day project planning, execution, and governance for a large-scale enterprise integration initiative, ensuring timelines, risks, and deliverables remain on track.
Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external stakeholders to define priorities, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
Manage project schedules, status reporting, meeting cadences, and documentation to provide clear visibility into progress, dependencies, and escalation needs.
Coordinate integration-related activities tied to ERP and S/4 environments, helping teams align implementation efforts with broader program objectives.
Facilitate communication across organizations to support decision-making, remove blockers, and drive accountability for milestone completion.
Apply structured project management practices using tools such as Jira and Agile methods where appropriate to support delivery efficiency.
Work independently under executive or program leadership while proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions in a fast-paced setting.
Travel occasionally for key meetings, workshops, and milestone events as needed, with approximately 10% travel expected.

Requirements

Proven experience leading enterprise-level IT or ERP projects in a senior project management or consulting capacity.
Hands-on background supporting at least one to two ERP integration or implementation initiatives, including work involving S/4 environments.
Strong knowledge of project management disciplines, including planning, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams across multiple organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present updates clearly and drive alignment among stakeholders.
Experience working in fast-paced delivery environments and managing priorities independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery practices and project tracking tools such as Atlassian Jira.
PMP certification is strongly preferred.
