Improve data quality, performance, and reliability by applying sound ETL practices, validation checks, and optimization techniques.
Support integration efforts involving HR systems and related interfaces, including work connected to evolving source platforms when needed.
Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and knowledge sharing to support maintainability and long-term solution success.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience building ETL and data integration solutions using Python and SQL.
Proven expertise with Azure Databricks, including development of scalable Spark-based data transformations.
Experience creating and managing workflow orchestration in Azure Data Factory.
Solid understanding of modern data engineering practices, including data quality, performance tuning, and production support.
Familiarity with HRIS, People data, or workforce analysis environments.
