Responsibilities

Lead the transformation and documentation of existing applications and processes.
Act as the primary consultant for onboarding applications, ensuring they align with future-state requirements.
Facilitate review sessions, document any gaps, and effectively track remediation plans.
Assist in mapping current workflows to future enterprise architecture standards.
Manage change processes in collaboration with product teams.

Skills

5-7 years of experience in quality/testing, IT processes, SDLC governance, or IT PMO.
Proficiency in tools such as Qtest and JIRA.
Strong skills in process planning, business analysis, and data analytics.
Excellent communication and training abilities.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Management.
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
