Strong in handling the Data, BA, Documentation, Data Analysis and most importantly very proactive and good in multitasking.

BA with data Profiling Skills: 

    Experience Required: 3-5 years in project management or business analysis within the Life Sciences industry. Candidates based in the EST time zone (preferably from the US or Canada) are highly preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, data modeling, and metadata management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in life sciences or regulated industries preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions using SMART and MicroStrategy.

·        Design and maintain advanced analytics systems that simplify complex business problems into actionable frameworks.

·        Evaluate existing business processes and data flows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

·        Develop and maintain standardized metadata definitions across datasets, ensuring semantic clarity and consistency.

·        Use Snowflake Cortex LLM to automate metadata enrichment, generate intelligent data descriptions, and support natural language querying.

·        Build and maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, to support enterprise-wide data literacy.

·        Create comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), training materials, and knowledge articles.

·        Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to align metadata standards with enterprise policies.

·        Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to prioritize analytics needs and define critical KPIs.

·        Deliver actionable insights through BI dashboards and reports, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

·        Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring data quality and completeness.

·        Use Snowflake SQL to extract, validate, and troubleshoot datasets during testing and deployment phases.

·        Maintain audit-ready documentation and support data governance initiatives.
