Role Overview:
The Product Owner will play a critical role during the initial phase of the project, ensuring the product vision is aligned with real operational needs, workflows, and business expectations. Based on-site in New York City, this role will act as the key liaison between business users and the product/delivery teams. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product vision, aligning stakeholders, and guiding development to support manufacturing, customer service, and quality processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a senior, client-facing Product Owner and primary point of contact for business stakeholders and operational users
Define and own the product vision, ensuring alignment with manufacturing, customer service, and quality processes
Engage with on-site operational teams through workshops, interviews, and observations to understand workflows and business needs
Translate requirements into a structured product backlog, story maps, and a clear product roadmap
Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and delivery teams across multiple locations
Ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and delivery execution, including prioritization and scope management
Support implementation by providing product direction, validation, and decision-making throughout the lifecycle

Required Experience:

Senior-level experience as a Product Owner in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong client-facing experience with both operational and executive stakeholders
Hands-on experience with MES and/or ERP systems in a manufacturing setup
Experience in luxury or high-end manufacturing environments is a plus
Proven ability to work with distributed and international teams
