Job DetailsThe On-Site Engineer will serve as the primary onsite representative during construction, acting as the single point of communication between the field and the A/E design team. This individual will remove roadblocks, manage RFIs/submittals, support change management, and ensure alignment with design intent and schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate RFIs, submittals, and change management
- Expedite design decisions across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP
- Provide weekly site observation reports
- Support schedule alignment and punch list coordination
- Assist with BIM reviews and onsite meetings
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or higher)
- 10+ years large construction experience OR 5+ years hyperscale data center experience
- Mission critical background preferred
- Procore and Bluebeam proficiency
- OSHA-10 required (OSHA-30 required)
