Summary
The Foundry Automation Engineering Deployment and Readiness Project Manager
Work directly with the Foundry Automation Engineering organization and cross-functional stakeholders supporting Foundry and Parkwood deployment and operational readiness activities. Establish and maintain project-management governance processes, action tracking mechanisms, dependency management processes, and escalation pathways. Coordinate activities across Automation Engineering, IT, Enterprise Connectivity, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Network Support, Equipment Teams, Vendors, and Program Management organizations. Facilitate recurring coordination meetings and ensure actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies are documented, assigned, tracked, and driven to closure. Maintain integrated visibility of onboarding, deployment, infrastructure readiness, equipment readiness, and operational readiness activities. Track readiness planning and execution activities associated with DeltaV, Rockwell, Ignition, AVEVA PI, SyntQ, Seeq, and related automation platforms. Coordinate non-PLC Vendor Packaged Equipment (VPE) readiness activities, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and deployment follow-up activities. Prepare concise leadership communications, status reports, escalation summaries, readiness dashboards, and milestone updates. Drive stakeholder accountability through structured follow-up of actions, risks, decisions, blockers, and dependencies. Operate effectively within a GxP/GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Regular Onsite presence to support cross-functional coordination, workshops, planning sessions, readiness reviews, deployment activities, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in technical, engineering, infrastructure, automation, or manufacturing projects
- Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams
- Strong skills in risk, issue, action, and dependency management
- Experience leading stakeholder coordination efforts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in preparing executive-level status reporting
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
Preferred Capabilities
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting automation or computerized system deployment programs
- Familiarity with DeltaV, Rockwell, SCADA, Historian, Infrastructure, or OT environments
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, infrastructure, and network deployment projects
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent
- Experience supporting greenfield manufacturing facilities
