ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in client-side scripting, system configuration, and business requirement analysis to optimize processes and workflows. Based in New York, New York, this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solutions for enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain management (SCM), customer relationship management (CRM), and business intelligence (BI) systems.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Configure systems and manage integration processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Utilize client-side scripting to customize and optimize application functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement APIs that support seamless system communication.
Document processes and workflows in comprehensive business requirement documents.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to system configurations and integrations.
Conduct performance evaluations of implemented solutions and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with configuration management standards and protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in client-side scripting and system customization.
Strong understanding of business requirement documentation and its application.
Expertise in configuration management and system integration.
Proficiency in API development and implementation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and related technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in ERP, SCM, CRM, and BI systems.
