Our client, a leading organization in the engineering and technology sector, is seeking an Application Administrator - Engineering Applications to join their team. As an Application Administrator - Engineering Applications, you will be part of the IT Applications group supporting critical engineering tools and applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$76/hour + Benefits
What\'s the Job?
\t- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain application software across Windows and Linux server environments. \t
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex production problems in a timely manner. \t
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), application maps, and configuration guides. \t
- Manage user access, security permissions, and application-specific settings. \t
- Participate in discussions related to hardware/storage cluster changes and coordinate updates with stakeholders.
What\'s Needed?
\t- 5+ years of experience as an Application Administrator, System Administrator, or in a related technical role. \t
- Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications, especially engineering tools. \t
- Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting both Windows and Linux Servers. \t
- Good working knowledge of core AWS services and deploying applications in AWS. \t
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.
