Role Summary
The Product Manager will play a critical role in a large scale Product Lifecycle Management transformation, supporting the implementation of a new PLM platform and shaping how product development teams operate. This role will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the solution meets both functional and strategic needs.
You will partner closely with design, merchandising, and product leadership to define processes, gather requirements, and guide development efforts. Your work will directly influence how products are created, managed, and brought to market, driving both efficiency and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead product management efforts for the PLM implementation, aligning business needs with technical solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to define product development processes and optimize workflows
• Gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams
• Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Drive stakeholder alignment across cross functional groups and maintain clear communication
• Support change management efforts to encourage adoption and effective use of the PLM platform
• Act as a trusted partner to Product Leadership, providing insights and recommendations
• Monitor progress and ensure solutions meet business objectives and user expectations
Key Requirements
• 5 plus years of Product Management experience with a focus on enterprise systems or platforms
• Proven experience supporting or leading PLM implementations
• Strong background in apparel, retail, footwear, or consumer products industries
• Experience with PLM tools such as Centric, FlexPLM, Bamboo Rose, Enovia, or similar platforms
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and merchandising processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
