- We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams by translating business problems into scalable AI-based solutions.
- This role involves working with modern AI technologies, including generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based architectures, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Translate business needs into detailed business and technical requirements for AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents.
- Design and develop AI agent solutions using tools such as Vertex AI Agent Builder, Gemini Pro/Flash, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, and define clear Definition of Done (DoD) for AI features.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts to ensure high-quality, accurate, and safe outputs from AI models.
- Define and track KPIs and evaluation metrics to measure agent performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and impact analysis across systems and processes.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions.
- Develop process flows, use cases, and functional documentation to support solution delivery.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience designing or supporting AI agents or LLM-based applications.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation within SDLC environments.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model behavior.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), especially Vertex AI, Model Garden, and Vector Search.
- Knowledge of LLM architectures (e.g., Gemini models) and API integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for basic analysis and scripting.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Salesforce Agentforce, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Google Cloud Platform certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Data Engineer.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
