Job Description:
- As the Provider Solutions Technology Support Agent, you are responsible for maintaining and coordinating the distribution of technology hardware and software solutions to Lynx customers.
- Facilitate the receiving, testing, storing, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping of hardware and peripherals for new implementations, repairs, replacements, and refurbishments.
- Coordinate with Lynx Onboarding to ensure customer equipment bundles are prepared and deployed accurately and on time for new installations.
- Order equipment and maintain appropriate inventory/PAR levels in coordination with Procurement, including restocking and proper storage of inventory.
- Manage vendor inventory flow, enter new equipment into Lynx Ops, track equipment orders, and deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Test new and returned equipment to ensure it is operational and meets Technology Solutions quality and technical requirements.
- Process equipment returns and update customer profiles with active and de-installed equipment.
- Analyze inventory reports and provide accurate equipment counts and status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Provide world-class, “white glove” customer service and first-line technical support to Lynx Technology Solutions customers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and integration issues across various operating systems and devices, including computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Coordinate break-fix services with customers, third-party vendors, practice IT teams, and other escalation points through issue resolution.
- Document new and break-fix requests thoroughly, including issue descriptions, troubleshooting steps, classifications, and escalations to a supervisor or Tier 2 support when required.
- Perform deep-dive hardware troubleshooting and create or update easy-to-follow knowledge base articles based on findings and changes to products or processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Account Management, Implementation, Project Management, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and understand hardware/application integration dependencies.
- Provide input to Product and Operations teams regarding inventory-management cabinet and software requirements that support customer success.
- Provide mentorship and support to Tier 1 customer service agents through remote and in-person collaboration.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and ensure equipment is properly stored.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs. during an 8-hour shift (plus overtime when necessary) and lift/carry 50–75 lbs. for short distances.
Qualifications:
- Desktop and/or Help Desk experience.
- Ability to type while speaking with customers.
- Understanding of Windows operating systems, PC imaging, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical personnel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize incidents and requests, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Maintain consistent documentation practices in alignment with business partners and key stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of procedures, utilities, and program scripts.
- Healthcare experience preferred; hands-on clinical experience in Nursing, Coding, Pharmacy, Laboratory, or related areas is highly desired.
- Desire and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, organized, and positive environment.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and move equipment and packages weighing up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
