Data Engineer ETL, Power Platform & BI (Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)

We are seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst Data Engineering & Automation to join our team in Juno Beach, FL. This role focuses on building data pipelines, automating business processes, and enabling data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ETL processes, data integration, relational databases, and automation using Microsoft Power Platform.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to extract and transform data from multiple sources, build integrated datasets for analysis, and automate repetitive processes to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or automation solutions.

• Strong experience working with multi-dimensional (OLAP) and relational (OLTP) databases.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

• Proficiency with data ingestion and ETL tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, or SSIS.

• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, including UI testing and validation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PostgreSQL, SSAS, SAP BW, Amazon Redshift, or GEP Smart data platforms.

• Background working in the energy or utilities industry.

• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
