Summary

Sr. Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst

We are seeking an experienced MDM / Data Analyst with 10+ years of hands-on MDM experience and strong skills in Data Quality, Data Governance, SQL, and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support MDM solutions, data models, workflows, matching, survivorship, and integrations.
Analyze and improve data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Support Data Governance processes, standards, policies, and controls.
Use SQL to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot complex datasets.
Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data metrics.
Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve data issues.
Document data definitions, business rules, lineage, and MDM processes.

Preferred MDM Platforms

Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee, Ataccama, or similar enterprise MDM platforms.

Required Skills

8+ years of hands-on MDM tools/platform experience.
Strong MDM architecture, Data Quality, and Data Governance knowledge.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with BI reporting and dashboards.
Strong understanding of data structures, validation, and integration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
