ON SHORE INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT
Primary alignment with: Identity & AD, M365 Architecture, Core Infrastructure, Collaboration, Security/Compliance, and Cross Tower Technical Design
A senior technical expert who can design, validate, and guide the end to end integration architecture across Azure AD, Microsoft 365, endpoint infrastructure, applications, and security.
Capabilities & Requirements

| Experience | 10 15 years in infrastructure architecture; 5+ years in Microsoft 365 & Azure AD; 3+ large scale tenant migrations. |
| Microsoft 365 Expertise | Architecture of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Security & Compliance Center; experience with multi TB migrations. |
| Azure AD / Identity | Deep experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO (SAML/OAuth), RBAC; ability to redesign 200 700 user identity environments. |
| Integration Architecture | Ability to define sequencing, dependencies, and cutover models across 9+ infrastructure towers. |
| Enterprise Apps & SSO | Should support re-registration of 40 100 applications across both waves. |
| Security & Compliance | Understanding of DLP, retention, labeling, eDiscovery; capable of rebuilding 100+ policies. |
| Migration Tools | Comfortable with ShareGate, Mover, BitTitan, or native Microsoft migration tools. |
| Documentation | Produce architecture documents, runbooks, and cutover playbooks. |
| Leadership | Guide desktop/redeployment teams; coordinate with PMO and cross tower leads. |
| Problem Solving | Ability to troubleshoot identity failures, throttling issues, and migration bottlenecks. |
Primary Responsibilities
Define end state architecture for Azure AD, M365, SharePoint, Teams, and Endpoint Management.
Validate and refine PIP's migration approach with technical accuracy.
Oversee technical dependencies for Waves 1 & 2.
Support transport rules, domain alignment, DNS cutovers.
Support SSO integration for 40 100 enterprise apps.
Guide compliance rebuild (retention, labels, DLP).
Assist Core Infrastructure team with Azure VM design where required.
Define modus operand will work in phases run simultaneously from different sites and advantages/disadvantages
