Our client is searching for an IT Program Manager that is experienced implementing back office programs across enterprise organizations.

Description:
This position is focused on the implementation and adoption of Global Capabilities Strategy. The goal of this initiative is to harmonize the various back office processes and procedures across the enterprise to improve the employee experience across the globe. To support this effort, the org would like to bring in a Business Architect/Program Manager to focus on defining and monitoring the value provided by the program.
Primary responsibilities include:
1. Integrating program initiatives with the enterprise technology roadmap
2. Identifying and managing cross-system dependencies, sequencing and constraints
3. Coordinating with Technology partners and PMs to ensure alignment across program initiatives
4. Identifying surface level technology capacity and funding gaps that require escalation
Requirements:
1. Sr. level Program Management Skills in a large enterprise environment
2. Experience managing and coordinating an enterprise level back office technology roadmap
3. High level collaboration skills with various entities both within the Program and within the broader enterprise to drive successful implementation and adoption
Pay will be based on experience and all candidates must submit to a drug and background check.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $81.73/hr.
