  • Provide engineering problem-solving support to production operations; implement process, equipment, and safety improvements in collaboration with operators, team leaders, and peers
  • Manage capital projects end-to-end - from financial justification and equipment specification through installation, qualification, and operator training
  • Support the transfer of new cabling technologies, materials, and processes from development into production, ensuring repeatability, documentation accuracy, and production readiness
  • Establish product qualification plans and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and preventive maintenance records

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or OriginPro
  • Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC or PDCA
  • Knowledge of plastic extrusion technologies, cabling processes and equipment, and/or UV-curable technologies
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience
  • Project management experience including cost estimation, planning, and execution
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and coordinate across engineering and operations teams
