Product Owner
Contract
Charlotte, NC and Austin, TX  Hybrid

Responsibilities:
Actively works with the business owner(s) to prioritize the product backlog and leads detailed planning and execution on the product roadmap
Participates in all related meetings, including daily SCRUM calls, and provides direction and feedback based on direction and input from the business owner
Translates business vision and high-level User Narratives into detailed User Stories for UX and Dev teams
Works with business owners to clarify requirements
Brings decisions to be made to Business Leaders outside of review meetings.
Is available to the team to provide guidance and feedback
Document Use Cases and Process Flows as needed to frame solutions for UX and Dev teams
Coordinate with other stakeholders as needed and represent stakeholders'''' vision & requirements to the technology team (overriding design decisions, inclusion in cross-functional processes, etc.)
Works with the business owner to define and document product acceptance criteria

Additional Qualifications:
Experience with business and technology project management
Strong communication skills, communicating detailed and summarized information to executives.
Ability to come up to speed quickly, self-starter/motivated, flexible
Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Strong time management and organization skills.
