We are seeking a highly capable AI Developer with expertise in building intelligent agents, AI workflows, and enterprise AI applications using modern AI platforms such as Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and Azure AI Services.
This role will focus on designing and implementing agentic solutions, orchestrating AI workflows, integrating enterprise data sources, and developing production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate has experience building AI-powered systems using agent frameworks, LLMs, and modern cloud technologies while collaborating with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Candidates should have strong backend development experience in .NET (C#) or Python, with the ability to build scalable APIs and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent & Workflow Development
· Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot, Fabric, and Azure AI Services.
· Build multi-step AI workflows that combine LLMs, enterprise data, APIs, and business logic.
· Develop intelligent assistants capable of retrieval, reasoning, planning, and task automation.
· Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, knowledge bases, and business applications.
AI Platform Engineering
· Build scalable AI services using .NET (C#) or Python.
· Design and develop REST APIs and backend services supporting AI applications.
· Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, semantic search, and document processing pipelines.
· Integrate Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, Cosmos DB, Storage, and other Azure AI services.
Workflow Automation
· Design AI-driven workflows that automate business processes.
· Build agent orchestration pipelines capable of coordinating multiple AI agents and enterprise services.
· Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, function execution, and workflow orchestration patterns.
· Optimize AI workflows for reliability, observability, performance, and cost.
Solution Design
· Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
· Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
· Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
· Evaluate new AI capabilities and recommend appropriate technologies.
Collaboration
· Work closely with AI architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
· Participate in Agile development and iterative solution delivery.
· Contribute to reusable AI components, templates, and best practices.
· Mentor team members on AI platform capabilities and workflow design.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of software development experience.
· 1+ year of experience building AI agents, AI workflows, or agentic applications.
· Strong proficiency with:
o Microsoft AI Foundry
o Microsoft Fabric
o Microsoft Copilot technologies
o Azure AI Services
o Azure OpenAI
· Strong backend development experience in .NET (C#) or Python.
· Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
· Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven architectures.
· Understanding of LLM concepts including:
o Prompt Engineering
o RAG
o Tool Calling
o Function Calling
o Vector Search
o Semantic Search
· Experience with Azure cloud services.
· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience building multi-agent systems.
· Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
· Experience with Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure Functions.
· Knowledge of enterprise AI governance and Responsible AI practices.
· Experience deploying AI applications to production.
· Familiarity with React or modern web frameworks is a plus but not required.
