As a private investment firm based in Fort Worth, we are seeking an early-career technology professional to join our team and grow into an Internal AI Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and finance while gaining hands-on experience building innovative solutions in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
In this role, you will serve as our internal Automation Specialist, AI strategist, researcher, implementation lead, and trainer-identifying best-in-class AI platforms, designing practical workflows, and helping employees, including executive leadership, use AI to improve productivity, decision-making, and innovation. Because we develop many of our technology solutions in-house, we're looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals who is eager to deepen their expertise in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies while working alongside experienced professionals in finance and technology.
Location This position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX
Required Skills & Experience: - This is a high-impact role designed for a top academic performer (1400+ SAT or 31+ ACT, 3.7+ GPA from a leading university)
- Assist in developing and implementing internal AI-driven solutions
- Learn and apply modern AI/ML technologies in real-world financial applications
- Continuously develop technical skills with guidance from senior team members
Desired Skills & Experience: - Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies
- Background in computer science, information systems, data science, or similar field
