Job Title: Oracle EBS OFS (Oracle Field Service) Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS OFS (Oracle Field Service) Consultant with strong functional and/or technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Field Service module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation, configuration, integration, and support experience in Oracle Field Service within the Oracle EBS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Field Service (OFS) module.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
• Configure Field Service setups including:
  • Task management
  • Debrief process
  • Scheduling and dispatching
  • Install Base integration
  • Service Contracts integration
• Integrate OFS with related EBS modules such as:
  • Oracle Inventory
  • Oracle Service Contracts
  • Oracle Install Base
  • Oracle Order Management
• Develop and support customizations using PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, and APIs.
• Perform data migration, system integration, and end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT).
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to field service operations.
• Design and support outbound/inbound interfaces with third-party systems.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD), technical design documents (TDD), and configuration documentation.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Field Service (OFS).
• Strong understanding of Field Service business processes:
  • Service Requests
  • Task Assignment
  • Scheduling & Dispatch
  • Technician Debrief
  • Parts Consumption
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 environment.
• Good knowledge of integration using APIs and interface tables.
• Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills (for technical consultants).
• Experience in end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile field service solutions.
• Exposure to Oracle Service Cloud or Oracle Fusion Service.
• Knowledge of Service Contracts lifecycle management.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model.
