Summary
- Lead PeopleSoft functional and technical activities supporting financial system transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft functional and technical solutions.
- Provide expertise across PeopleSoft financial modules, configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
- Lead design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Review existing PeopleSoft functionality and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
- Coordinate PeopleSoft developers, functional SMEs, business analysts, QA, integration, and infrastructure teams.
- Develop and review technical specifications, functional designs, interface requirements, and implementation plans.
- Ensure PeopleSoft solutions integrate effectively with enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex PeopleSoft application, integration, and performance issues.
- Support data conversion, migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Ensure solutions follow development, security, documentation, and quality standards.
- Participate in requirements workshops and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and transition activities.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to project and program leadership.
