Job Description

We are seeking a Jr. Manufacturing Engineer with 7+ years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years of experience in the life sciences and medical device industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), process development, equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), test method validation (TMVs), and continuous improvement within GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 regulated environments.

The candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing operations, particularly within the plastic fabrication area, and should be capable of supporting process efficiency, product quality, validation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of overall professional experience in manufacturing engineering or a related engineering field.

  • 3+ years of experience in the life sciences and/or medical device industries.

  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and process development.

  • Hands-on experience with equipment validation, including IQ/OQ/PQ.

  • Experience with Test Method Validation (TMV,).

  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization.

  • Experience working within GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 regulated environments.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations.

  • Experience in plastic fabrication and related manufacturing processes.

  • Ability to support process efficiency, quality, validation, and compliance initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with 7+ years of overall experience and at least 3+ years within life sciences or medical device manufacturing. Strong hands-on experience in plastic fabrication, NPI, process development, equipment validation, TMV, and continuous improvement is highly preferred.
