Key Responsibilities
Develop and support ServiceNow integrations.
Customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
Utilize Integration Hub Connectors and Spokes.
Support ServiceNow workflow automation.
Provide thought leadership with a focus on simplifying processes and technology usage.
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and integration development.
ITOM background.
CIS-Discovery certification.
Experience with Integration Hub Connectors/Spokes.
Familiarity with basic networking, TLS, and PKI concepts.
Experience with ServiceNow Workflow Automation.
Ability to drive simplification of processes and technology solutions.
