Project Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple concurrent projects for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise, business process understanding, and technical acumen, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.

Experience working with large enterprise customers is essential. Exposure to cybersecurity programs, security products, risk management initiatives, or security-focused projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Define project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership teams, business users, and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution workshops, and project reviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align project outcomes with business objectives.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, architecture, QA, and operations teams.
• Evaluate solution designs and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Support solution planning, integrations, data flows, and system implementation activities.
• Assist teams in resolving functional and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Delivery Excellence

• Drive project execution using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Ensure effective change management and user adoption strategies.
• Conduct project retrospectives and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise clients and large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering cybersecurity, information security, or risk management projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Understanding of enterprise architectures, APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications.
