Role Description
As a Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team and will play a crucial role in designing, developing, maintaining automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large, complex data sources.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigates problem areas.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:-
The Software Engineer 3 will perform advanced developer duties including:
- Solution design
- Automation development
- Document ingestion and analysis
- Search enablement
- Infrastructure support
- Collaboration across teams
- Continuous improvement
Technology Focus
The contractor role will focus on robotics and document processing technologies that may include Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure, and PDF/document processing frameworks. This position will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting solutions that automate business processes and convert large multi hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable, and actionable intake artifacts.

Skills/Requirements
- Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism, including attended and unattended bots interacting with web sites Required 8 Years
- Experience with RPA integration with APIs and Databases including RESTful web services and SQL DBs Required 8 Years
- Experience developing reports and/or documents based on structured/unstructured data Required 8 Years
- Experience building analytics based on structured/unstructured data Required 8 Years
- Experience with Azure infrastructure including troubleshooting Preferred 4 Years
- Experience with Power Automate development including Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows Preferred 4 Years
- Proficiency in the Java programming language Preferred 4 Years
- Power BI, SQL Preferred 4 Years
- Azure AI/Cognitive Search Preferred 4 Years
- BluePrism Certification Preferred 1 Year
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification Preferred 1 Years
