Position: Business Analyst 3 with (Project Management / Technology Coordination 70% & Business Analysis Activities 30%)
Location: Austin, Texas - Hybrid (Must be local)
I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Business Analyst (BA3) will play a key role in supporting and leading technology initiatives across the organization. This role needs strong project management focus, responsible for coordinating multiple IT technical efforts, analyzing requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven and motivated Business Analyst with leadership capabilities, capable of working across technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Technology Leadership
· Lead and support multiple IT technology initiatives within the project portfolio.
· Coordinate and manage technical project efforts across cross-functional teams.
· Act as a lead Business Analyst or Scrum Master on technology projects.
· Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful execution of project plans.
Business Analysis
· Analyze business and technical requirements for IT initiatives.
· Gather, document, and validate requirements with stakeholders.
· Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications.
· Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Project Management Support
· Assist with IT project portfolio management activities.
· Work closely with project managers to monitor project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
· Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and track progress.
· Support prioritization of critical technology initiatives.
Technology Initiatives
· Support infrastructure and system initiatives including:
· Participate in planning and execution of enterprise technology projects.
SDLC & Agile Participation
· Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including:
