Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payment Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of payment systems across retail and e-commerce channels.
This role will drive payment technology integrations, POS systems, and financial workflows, while embedding AI/ML capabilities (e.g., smart routing, fraud scoring, GenAI-assisted operations) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 7–10 years in payments, fintech, or retail technology
- Experience managing multi-location retail implementations
- Hands-on with POS systems and payment integrations
Technical Skills
- Payment processing, PCI-DSS, cybersecurity knowledge
- Project tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
- Payment APIs and system architecture familiarity
- SQL and data analysis
- AI/ML exposure in payments
Professional Competencies
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, Finance, or related)
- PMP/Agile certifications preferred
