Overview- We are seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide rollout of a centralized Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform (Ping Identity).
- This role will oversee multiple Agile workstreams, drive strategic roadmap execution, and partner closely with cyber security leadership and business stakeholders.
- This is a highly visible, customer-impacting initiative focused on strengthening security, protecting sensitive data, and reducing organizational risk.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a large-scale IAM program spanning multiple sprint teams and workstreams
- Partner with product owners and cybersecurity leadership to define and execute the IAM roadmap
- Oversee enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of the centralized IAM platform
- Provide consolidated status reporting and program governance across all workstreams
- Present updates and strategic insights to executive leadership and steering committees
- Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across the organization
Required Qualifications- Strong program/project management experience, leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
- Deep experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), ideally with platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, or SailPoint
- Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide adoption
- Experience working within financial services (bank, credit union, or similar regulated environment)
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk mitigation practices
Environment- Enterprise PMO supporting multiple Agile teams and initiatives
- Collaborative, fast-growing program evolving from project to strategic product
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
