Regulatory Reporting BA/ PM

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience in financial services consulting or change management within:
• Investment banks.
• Asset management firms.
• Market infrastructure organizations.
• Financial service providers.
• MiFID II.
• EMIR.
• CFTC.
• ASIC.
• MAS.
• Experience with regulatory reporting rewrites and refits.
• Experience in project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong business analysis experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams.

Experience:

• Experience delivering regulatory reporting projects and transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting regulatory change programs.
• Experience with operations transformation and process reengineering.
• Experience with technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with data analytics and controls frameworks.
• Experience working within capital markets environments.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to regulatory reporting projects using expertise in trade and transaction reporting.
• Support delivery of consulting, business analysis, and project management services.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and business impacts.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address reporting and operational challenges.
• Support regulatory transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, marketing, and business development activities.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and support to junior project team members.
• Assist in stakeholder communication, governance, and project coordination activities.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Support implementation of reporting controls and data quality processes.
