Summary

Job Title: Workday Integration & HCM Developer

Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary

Seeking a Workday Integration & HCM Developer with strong hands-on experience in integrations, configuration, and reporting within a global corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.

Configure Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules.

Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields ensuring data integrity.

Troubleshoot integrations and support data migration, validation, and release management.

Collaborate with HRIT, business stakeholders, offshore teams, and vendors.

Maintain documentation and ensure security/data privacy compliance.

Required Experience

5 6 years of Workday HCM integration & configuration experience.

Strong knowledge of Workday data model, business process framework, and security.

Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

Workday Certification (Integration/Studio/Reporting).

Experience with Workday Extend and Agile/Scrum.
