Position Overview

Additional info:

Lead enterprise-wide End-of-Life (EOL) software initiatives, identifying and retiring legacy, unsupported, and redundant applications to reduce risk and cost
Perform software discovery, usage analysis, and lifecycle assessment using tools like PowerShell, SQL, and MECM
Drive end-to-end software packaging and deployment (MECM), including testing, UAT coordination, production rollout, and decommissioning

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Software Packaging Engineering or Application Lifecycle Management
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience working in enterprise environments, preferably within financial services
Strong proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, and WQL
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Experience with software packaging, MSI editing, and deployment technologies
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac, and/or VDI environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with multiple teams

Desired Skills:

Experience with Splunk and/or UberAgent
Familiarity with InstallShield and Liquidware FlexApp
Experience with enterprise software inventory and reporting tools
Understanding of software lifecycle governance and compliance best practices
