Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Lead with deep expertise in (BY) WMS to ensure the delivery of large-scale implementation and support projects. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and customer stakeholders, driving the end-to-end lifecycle of warehouse management solutions—from architectural design to automated deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Strategy

·         End-to-End Delivery: Own the delivery of one or more WMS implementation or support projects, ensuring high-quality results and on-time completion.

·         Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with client stakeholders, product vendors (BY), and internal project teams to lead program discussions.

·         Solution Architecture: Define and review technical solution designs, configuration aspects, interface documents, and test scripts.

·         Documentation: Draft and review Statements of Work (SOW) for new client engagements.

Technical Execution & Innovation

·         Functional Configuration: Lead functional configurations, extension customizations, and complex integrations within the BY WMS environment.

·         Architecture & Design: Provide subject matter expertise in system architecture, application design, and performance engineering.

·         Modernization: Drive Gen AI and Automation use cases; evaluate solution alternatives and propose modern architecture upgrades.

·         CI/CD & DevOps: Implement automation using CI/CD practices and production health anomaly detection to streamline software release management.

Support & Governance

·         Mentorship: Mentor functional and technical consultants, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.

·         System Stability: Proactively monitor application/system stability, security, and performance; lead the resolution of infrastructure-related issues.

·         Maintenance: Manage regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance releases in coordination with sector deployment teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Skills

·         BYWMS: Comprehensive experience in implementation, customization, and support of BY WMS.

·         Technical Leadership: Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-level technical roles.

·         Solution Design: Proven ability to design complex system architectures and handle performance engineering.

Desired / Secondary Skills

·         DevOps Mastery: Experience with DevOps tools and automated deployment strategies.

·         Release Management: Strong understanding of software release governance and CI/CD pipelines.

·         Automation: Familiarity with Gen AI applications and automation frameworks.
