This role bridges technical analytics with mission-critical public defense work by turning complex legal cases and performance data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders throughout the organization
Job Duties:
• BI Reporting & Development: Design, develop, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics using Power BI and Crystal Reports to support legal services, operational performance, caseload management, and executive reporting

• Regression Testing: Perform regression testing after updates, enhancements, or fixes to ensure previously working functionality is unaffected. Document test cases and results, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve defects
• User Support & Training: Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users to promote BI adoption and self-service analytics capabilities
• Governance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and security policies in all reporting activities
• This role supports the Office’s mission by ensuring accurate, timely, well-tested, and meaningful data delivery that enhances understanding of caseloads, resource allocation, performance metrics, and service outcomes — helping leadership and staff make informed decisions and improve client representation.
