Job Title: Sr. UI Designer – Global Design System

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to help build, scale, and document a global, accessible UI Design System for ComcastBusiness.com. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading enterprise design systems and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and accessibility teams.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable UI components, color palettes, iconography, typography, and spacing systems.

• Build and document design system governance, usage guidelines, and best practices using Zeroheight and Storybook.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Accessibility teams to ensure consistency across platforms.

• Create scalable, accessible, and component-based design solutions for web and mobile applications.

• Contribute to the evolution of the organization's global design system.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of UI/UX design experience.

• Proven experience leading or contributing to Global Design Systems (mandatory).

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.

• Strong understanding of web and mobile accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience designing for CMS and component-based workflows.

• Strong technical understanding of front-end development concepts.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a strong plus.

• Experience with enterprise-scale design systems and documentation tools.
