Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain annual audit-readiness workplans.
- Coordinate regulatory, quality, internal, and mock audit activities.
- Manage audit calendars, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate audit preparation meetings and practice sessions.
- Coordinate audit logistics, including meeting rooms and command-center setup.
- Manage attendee lists, schedules, and audit-day support.
- Maintain remediation action-plan trackers and monitor corrective-action progress.
- Track compliance issues and associated corrective actions.
- Inventory and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
- Review new state and federal regulatory requirements and coordinate implementation.
- Support vendor corrective-action plans and monitor delegated commitments.
- Maintain annual training inventories and schedules.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Regulatory and/or compliance experience preferred.
- Bachelor s degree.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
