Job Description

Client is seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Application Technical Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform, CCaaS, Conversational AI, and Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale customer experience solutions using cloud-native technologies, AI/ML, and modern contact center platforms.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) (Mandatory).
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience building enterprise CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions.
  • Expertise with Conversational AI, IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant), Chatbots, or Virtual Agents.
