Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, fine-tune, and extend Gen AI agents and orchestrators for SDLC-related use cases.
• Work on agent-based solutions that help convert business requirements, BRDs, enhancement requests, trouble tickets, and ServiceNow-style inputs into structured user stories. Collaborate closely with the client''s existing software engineer who has been building the majority of the agents and orchestrators. Adapt existing user stories and queue agent capabilities to slightly different business use cases and product development needs.
• Support automation opportunities that help business teams reduce manual effort for BAs and improve backlog readiness.
• Assist in evolving agent capabilities for backlog grooming prioritization support and requirements clarification where applicable.
• Work within the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, GitHub, Azure, Microsoft tools, and related AI development capabilities.
• Bring thought leadership to help the client understand what can be achieved through agentic AI and how current capabilities can be expanded.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver practical, usable, and meaningful AI-enabled outputs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in GenAI, agentic AI, AI agents, and AI orchestration
• Experience building or extending agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar Microsoft AI tooling
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot-related development environments
• Ability to develop AI solutions that support SDLC use cases such as requirements analysis, user story generation, backlog management, and productivity improvement
• Strong hands-on development mindset with the ability to work directly with engineers on implementation, tuning, and enhancement of agents
• Ability to understand existing product application context and ensure AI-generated outputs are meaningful and relevant
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams including business users, software engineers, and delivery stakeholders
• AI-first mindset, curiosity, and passion for identifying how agentic AI can improve productivity and software delivery outcomes

Good to Have

• Prior experience with SDLC automation, requirements engineering, user story generation, ticket analysis, or backlog management
• Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for intake analysis and conversion of tickets into actionable delivery backlog items
• Familiarity with product development streams and business-facing automation use cases
• Experience supporting enterprise AI pilots or early-stage GenAI adoption programs
