Summary

We are looking for IT Infrastructure Architect for our client in Carmel, IN

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Architect

Job Location: Carmel, IN

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

10+ years in IT, with 3+ years in a Technical or Infrastructure Architect role, preferably within the Insurance (L&A) domain.
Deep understanding of server management, network security, and middleware.
Experience with FAST insurance platforms or similar Policy Administration Systems (PAS) is a significant plus.
Strong expertise in RBAC, identity management, SSO, and enterprise security hardening.
Good stakeholder management and coordination skills; ability to drive interactions among different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, provision, and track the readiness of the environments for different components.
Oversee the end-to-end setup of servers, network topology, connectivity, and security protocols.
Provide support to Development and QA teams to resolve environment-related bottlenecks.
Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
Support integration of components using different tools and systems.
Drive the architecture and implementation of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to closure.
Lead the setup of the DR environment, ensuring seamless connectivity and failover capabilities.
Partner with enterprise security teams to implement robust Observability frameworks.
Drive the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure compliance with requirements.
Ensure all solutions meet production-readiness standards and pass enterprise security gates.
