Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) Solution Architect

Location: Richardson, TX_Onsite
Duration: 12 Months plus Contract

Role Summary

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect with strong experience leading Salesforce (SFDC) to Dynamics 365 migrations. The architect will own end-to-end solution design, migration strategy, Dataverse architecture, security model, and integrations while working closely with business and technical teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years overall IT experience

• 5+ years as Dynamics 365 CE Architect / Lead

• Proven SFDC to D365 migration experience

• Strong expertise in Dataverse architecture, security model, and performance optimization

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Customer Insights (Data, Journeys)

• Exposure to Field Service or Omnichannel

• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.)

Key Responsibilities (Top 3)

1. Lead SFDC org assessment and define the D365 target architecture

2. Design D365 data model, process architecture, integrations, and security model

3. Own migration strategy, data cutover planning, and release execution
