FP&A Manager Contract to Hire

Vega is hiring! Our client is looking to add a Manager/ Analyst with a strong FP&A focus to their team to support a highly data- and analytics-driven environment.

The FP&A Manager will serve as a strategic partner to members of the senior leadership team, leading the development and evaluation of comprehensive business and financial plans to align with long-term company goals. This position will impact Transaction Services, Investment Banking in addition to other analytical finance roles.

Job Requirement:

• Must current experience as a FP&A Manager, collaborating and serving as a strategic partner to members of senior leadership (5 years of exp. required). Must have the confidence and skill to present effectively, describe complex deliverables, and communicate effectively with Senior Leadership.
• MBA and a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, STEM, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Statistics).
• Proven ability to build, refine, and maintain sophisticated financial models for existing products and new offerings
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capacity to translate complex technical analysis into a clear, compelling narrative that effectively influences C-level executives and non-finance stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think creatively and critically about unstructured problems.
• Candidate must have 5 years of experience in a strong Data and analytics intensive environment
• Must have Transaction services experience
• Background as a Investment banking associate
• Served in Analytical finance roles
• Must have 5+ years in experience in extracting, cleansing and interpreting data
