Job Overview:
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise, and effective Environment, Health, Safety, and Security documentation.
  • Create training materials, standards, and job aids to support organizational compliance and learning.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of content.

Requirements/Must Have:

  • 1 2+ years of experience creating content such as manuals, guides, or instructional documents.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain EHS&S standards, training materials, job aids, and documentation.
  • Follow and maintain style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Determine the most effective way to present information for user comprehension.
  • Generate innovative content ideas and workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
  • Analyze requirements to develop or update policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Review and edit content created by other team members.
  • Maintain document libraries and ensure proper version control.
  • Create simple process flows and diagrams to explain key activities.
  • Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or related field preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Professionalism and ability to work under tight deadlines.
